Grindavik is a small fishing village, and home to the Blue Lagoon,
with great restaurants, charming hotels, the fascinating Saltfish
Museum of Iceland, and of course Arctic Horses.
The surrounding Reykjanes Peninsula is spectacular, with an
extreme variety of landscapes dotted with solfataras, volcanoes,
fumaroles, lava flows, and a very dramatic coast line.
